19-year old entertainer and currently the subject of multiple scandals, Justin Bieber has been hanging out with a decidedly notorious crowd off late. The singer was in the news yet again when news of his friend Chantel Jeffries and her DUI arrest made to the Justin Bieber gossip mills. The 21-year old woman, who describes herself as being a model and deep thinker among other less believable attributes, has an existing rap sheet which adds to her existing DUI arrest records, and is also considered to be Bieber’s girlfriend of sorts.
From all accounts, Jeffries is considered to be a glamour model, which is a polite way of describing centerfold model who is not considered worthy of mainstream runways but is somewhat relegated to less respectable arenas of the fashion industry. Her actions have resulted in even more bad publicity for Bieber, for whom the arrest only serves to highlight his increasingly erratic behavior, which in turn, is being blamed on the company that he has been spending time with. From the looks of it, it seems that Chantel is part of the aforementioned questionable crowd and her actions are certainly not good for her beau’s already falling image and negative attention from the press.
