According to the latest celebrity gossip, young and upcoming models Nina Agdal, Lily Aldridge and Chrissy Teigen are to appear on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 50th Anniversary Edition. These swimsuit models will be appearing in a very attractive and innovative shoot, wearing extremely fashionable swim-wear. This type of group shoot is not entirely new though. In 2006, eight models featured in an all-star edition which featured only past cover models. This included Elle Macpherson, Rebecca Romijn and Carolyn Murphy among others.
Valeria Mazza and Tyra banks starred together on the 1996 cover while Kathy Ireland, Elle Macpherson and Rachel Hunter graced 1994’s issue. In 1976 twin sisters Yvette and Yvonne Sylvander were seen on the first multi-subject cover. Barbie will also be featured on the cover as part of the campaign called “Unapologetic”. Christie Brinkley also features in a white bikini and turquoise heels. She will be seen against the backdrop of a white sand beach. Sports illustrated also recently featured a safety video with Ariel Meredith, Hannah Davis, Jessica Gomez and Chrissy Teigen. A number of models also attended the closing bell ceremony at the New York stock Exchange. Emily Rajatowski and Gigi, the daughter of Yolanda Foster were among those present.
